Collection and Usage of Information

We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except to third party affiliated sites as outlined in this policy. We collect information from customers to process orders and provide necessary and pertinent transaction related information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected on this site includes company name, customer name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, I.P. Address(s) and other browsing data. We do not collect or store payment information for orders such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date and credit card security code, as means to help guard against fraudulent credit card usage.

We have partnered with Authorize.Net , a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.

NOW Account Registration

In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first register and be approved for a NOW Account or a NOW Business Account and agree to our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use Agreement. During the account registration process, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number, street address, billing address and shipping address. If you are applying for a NOW business account, we will collect this same information related to your business as well as your company name. For a NOW business account, you will be required to provide your Employer Identification Number (EIN) and a Resale Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, Agricultural Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or equivalent document issued by your State, in order for your NOW business account to qualify for sales tax exempt status. The information we collect is used to provide you with important notices such as automated order status updates via e-mail. A username and password chosen by each customer is required for access to your NOW Account information. We DO NOT RETAIN your password in our system. If you lose, forget or otherwise misplace your password, we can issue you a temporary password or you can reset your password using your user name. Your user name and password should remain confidential with you. DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you choose to receive our newsletter, promotions or special offers, the contact information you've provided in your NOW Account or NOW Business Account registration, will be used for sending these items to you.

Orders & Order Processing

Most of the information collected in the account registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide information such as your credit card number, expiration date and security code. This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your provided contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, your personal, financial and order related information must be provided to the credit card payment processor for authorization and approval. This information is entered directly on the credit card payment processor's secure server. Our server is equipped with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) during your entire browsing session. We do not share your personal, financial and order related information with any third parties, except those who are affiliated with our company. The products sold by us are not for purchase or use by children under the age of 18. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account with us and make purchases on this site.

By registering your NOW Account or NOW business account, you will be able to make purchases online through this site. We manage your visits, browsing and purchases through a cookie we place in your browser and stored on your computer. In your security settings you have the option to reject the cookie. If you choose this option, you will still be able to browse this site but you will not be able to use the shopping cart to purchase items online. Our shopping cart requires certain information to be retained to process your order and it cannot function without cookies enabled.
